Penny Nasios, Esq., Partner
Attorney Nasios is especially skilled at resolving family disputes using non-litigative approaches. As a member of the Massachusetts Collaborative Law Council, she is certified to represent family law clients in collaborative law practice as well. Some clients who are seeking a divorce prefer using a collaborative approach to their case; the collaborative approach is rooted in the belief that the best resolution is one that maintains the necessary relationship between parents and family members who, while they may be divorcing, must necessarily co-parent well after a separation and divorce. Attorney Nasios has created hundreds of creative Parenting Plans that prioritize the best interests of children, while respecting the role and authority of both parents. Attorney Nasios is also a member of the Plymouth County Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association, Family Law Section. Attorney Nasios resides in Bristol County with her husband of 15 years and their three school-aged children. Tracy D. Galloway, Esq., Partner
